I have a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I am currently a Licensed Practice Counselor Associate. I have worked with various populations such as cancer survivors, at risk youth, and justice impacted individuals. My clients have included those experiencing grief, trauma, addiction, depression and anxiety amongst other adversities. I am deeply passionate in helping people heal and facilitate change from the various traumas and circumstances they face.

My goal is to help people facilitate change in their lives and heal from the trauma or adverse experiences they have had. My focus is helping individuals recognize and appreciate their strengths through narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy which are all strength based approaches. I strive to recognize and validate the diverse intersections of my clients identity.

While not at work, you can usually find me reading or in nature with my dogs Pebbles and Moo Moo. I love exploring new areas and having new experiences.
