Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Joyful Living Behavioral Health requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a $150 late cancellation or no-show fee.
This fee is not billed to insurance and is the client’s responsibility. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or other extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Joyful Living Behavioral Health.

- Therapy (30min): $110.00

- Therapy (55 – 60min): $195.00
- Crisis (60min): $195.00
- Family without patient: $210.00
- Family with patient: $230.00
- Group Therapy: $30.00 per group session
Cash Rates for Psychologists:
- Intake (60+min): $350

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Insurance Coverage
Both telehealth and in-office visits are covered by insurance, depending on your individual plan and benefits.

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment directly on our site via this page.
