Please complete the form below to schedule an appointment.
We will try our best to accommodate your request and we will be in touch ASAP.
Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. We make every effort to offer appointment times that fit your schedule. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, we are usually able to offer that time to another client, and no fee will be charged.
Please note that cancellation requests for Monday appointments must be made by your appointment start time on the previous Friday. We do not accept cancellation requests over weekends or holidays for appointments scheduled the following day. This policy is also outlined in your New Client intake paperwork.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment without incurring a fee. A late cancellation or missed appointment fee of $100 will apply to sessions that are not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. This fee is not covered by insurance.
A credit card will be kept on file and will be automatically charged in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our cancellation policy helps ensure that appointment times remain available for all clients in need of services.
