I am a licensed professional counselor who received a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health from Bushnell University. I believe that people are influenced by their biological dispositions, life experiences, relationships with others, and personal core values. I utilize person-centered Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), expressive artistic interventions, career counseling, narrative talk therapy and grief counseling. I primarily work with adults facing various matters, including relational problems, grief, neurodivergence, depression, and anxiety. This experience includes working with a broad range of clients: adults from varying socio-economic statuses, marginalized communities, and culturally diverse populations.
