Kristen Rudolf
I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health from Bushnell University. I believe that people are influenced by their biological dispositions, life experiences, relationships to others, and personal core values. My approach to counseling is trauma-informed and person-centered. I utilize aspects of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), artistic interventions, career counseling, narrative therapy and grief counseling. I have experience primarily working with adult individuals that face a variety of issues, including relational problems, grief, psychosis, depression, and anxiety. This experience includes working with a broad range of clients; people of all ages, varying socio-economic statuses, as well as culturally diverse populations.
