Since I was a young girl, I have aspired to help people. I have worked as a Mental Health Therapist for 15 years with a wide variety of adults, families, children/teens and couples. I recognize the importance of supporting individuals and families based on their uniqueness and differences. There is no “one size fits all” form of therapy and I pride myself on building a strong relationship with my clients to facilitate change and growth through my own personal and professional experiences.
Areas of Expertise: I am a board-approved supervisor for associates in the process of licensure in Oregon. I am currently the owner and Clinical Director of Joyful Living Behavioral Health.
