Brennon Roth, LPC (Coming Soon)

I am a trauma focused and person centered therapist who aims to help every client I see to live their lives to the fullest potential that is possible for them. I believe in the power of helping you to uncover your existing strengths and to develop new strengths to overcome painful and difficult experiences. These experiences may be from your past or ones you are currently facing and dealing with. I strive to create a safe environment where you will feel secure and respected, where your beliefs and values are understood and respected. My desire is to empower you to face difficulties and challenges with confidence and hope.

I strive to be transparent, invested, and reliable in my work and will tailor therapy to fit the individual needs of each client. I utilize a variety of different approaches to therapy including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address a variety of issues including PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and grief/mourning.

In my personal time, I enjoy traveling and road trips, drawing, reading, baking, and biking. I have a puppy that enjoys coming to work with me at times and she loves meeting new people. I am a licensed professional counselor and have been licensed and practicing in Oregon since 2022. I am originally from Indiana and have been practicing therapy since 2019. I am trained in EMDR and I work with adults and teenagers over the age of 15.
