  • Lisa Rojas, LCSW

With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have had the privilege
of working with individuals and families across all ages, backgrounds, and presenting concerns.
My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, grounded in the belief that every individual is
inherently worthy of dignity, respect, and empathy-no matter where they are in life.
I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and
empowered. Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral
therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
(ACT), mindfulness-based practices, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. I tailor
each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the person in front of me.
Whether someone is navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, healing from
trauma, or simply seeking personal growth, my commitment is to walk alongside them with
compassion, curiosity, and clinical expertise. Together, we work to foster resilience, uncover
    strengths, and promote meaningful change.
