My approach to therapy is grounded in Humanistic principles, especially the belief that each person is the expert in their own life. I work to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and free of judgment, where you can explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences with honesty and self-compassion. In every session, I aim to meet you with empathy, curiosity, and unconditional positive regard. I utilize evidence-based practices to support meaningful and lasting change, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, Solution-Focused Therapy to build on your strengths and clarify practical goals, Mindfulness and Acceptance-based practices to support emotional regulation and self-compassion, and Trauma-informed approaches which keeps our work grounded in safety and empowerment. Together, we’ll explore your natural strengths and values, build resilience, and address challenges such as anxiety, grief, life transitions, and neurodivergence.

I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. My clinical work is informed by a broad range of experiences, including advocacy for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, work in substance use recovery, crisis response and resourcing, Lane County Victim Services, and Medicaid outreach services. These roles have deepened my understanding of the complexity of the human experience and strengthened my commitment to equitable, trauma-informed care. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and strive to offer therapy that is both inclusive and responsive to your unique needs. I look forward to walking alongside as you move toward growth, clarity, and self-trust.
