I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern Oregon University in December 2020. Since then, I have worked with adult clients dealing with various types of trauma, difficult relationships, anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem issues and many other challenges in life.
I use an eclectic approach, which includes EMDR, IFS, Gestalt, Person-Centered and Psychoanalytic modalities. In undergraduate school, I had an opportunity to work closely with a Gestalt mentor and believe that discovering and accepting all parts of ourselves can help us to feel more whole and less conflicted. I trust that we all have the necessary gifts and talents within us to reach our full potential; therefore, my approach is to help you rediscover your own strengths and self-efficacy.
I have a deeply empathetic, gentle, caring and accepting presence. Former clients have described me as “supportive, kind, empathetic, patient, warm and an amazing listener”, among other attributes. Whatever your life’s struggles, I am eager to accompany you on your journey toward self discovery, true self love and empowerment.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, photography, meditation, reading and being a cat mom.
