Alexis Nicole Hajarizadeh, LCSW

Hello — I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a Clinical Social Worker who offers warm, relational, trauma-informed therapy grounded in compassion, curiosity, and genuine connection. I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen, understood, and supported.

My work is integrative and deeply person-centered, meaning we shape therapy around you: your story, your pace, and your goals. I draw from relational, humanistic, compassion-focused, and IFS-informed approaches to help clients build emotional capacity, develop deeper self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and sustainable.

The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. My hope is to create a space that feels welcoming, collaborative, and deeply affirming. I practice from a culturally responsive framework, and I strive to honor the full complexity of each person’s lived experience. I especially enjoy working with people navigating trauma, depression, perfectionism, relational wounds, teen issues, racial trauma, and identity exploration.

I hold a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, where I completed advanced coursework in prolonged grief therapy, mindfulness, and contemporary social issues. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Outside of therapy, you’ll likely find me spending time with my family, snuggling my pup, or dreaming up my next adventure.
