I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and authentic space to help individuals explore and grow. I am passionate about helping people heal from trauma and face anxiety disorders. Witnessing the resilience of my clients continues to be my greatest reward in this work.

I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy, drawing from several modalities to tailor a unique experience for each client. I use aspects of Acceptance and commitment therapy, DBT, CBT, and solution focused therapies. I strive to help clients explore how their past experiences influence who they are today, how the systems we are born into impact our development and opportunities, and help identify and center personal values and move toward a life more aligned with them. I believe you are the expert on yourself and my job is to help you see and utilize your unique strengths and resources.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon and have been practicing since 2018. Before beginning my career as a therapist, I spent a decade assisting in behavioral research and spent five years as a mentor and skills trainer for teens in the juvenile justice system.

I am a born and raised Oregonian. I love spending time in nature hiking, paddle boarding, or just forest bathing. When I’m not outside, I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with my loved ones, both humans and pets.
