Miranda Brown, LCSW

I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and authentic space where individuals feel supported in exploring, healing, and growing. I am passionate about helping people navigate the impacts of trauma, anxiety, and life's many challenges. One of the greatest privileges of this work is walking alongside clients as they discover their own capacity for healing, growth, and change.

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we can explore how past experiences have shaped who you are today, examine the ways larger systems and environments have influenced your development, and identify the values that matter most to you. My goal is to help you connect with your strengths, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, fulfilling, and authentic.

While therapy often involves meaningful and challenging work, I also believe that humor, curiosity, and genuine human connection can be important parts of the healing process. I aim to create a space where you can show up as your full self, without pressure to be polished or have everything figured out.

I tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs and draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, while remaining focused on creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and authenticity.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon and a native Oregonian. I feel deeply connected to this community and am grateful for the opportunity to serve the people who call it home.
