Do you need help for a child who is experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges? Do you need help with work or career related issues?  I am passionate about providing compassionate, creative, and collaborative therapy.  I treat children ages 5 through 11, and adults.  I do this through interactive therapy, holding the space to move through thoughts and feelings at a pace and process that works for the individual.  I utilize trauma-informed care with a “Rogerian” person-center approach focusing on personal strengths, hopes, dreams, and desires to help individuals develop insight about themselves and create lasting change.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) too because it helps to ensure that goals, strengths, coping skills, and solutions are addressed to make sure we are moving towards meeting hopes and dreams.  When engaging with children and the family/parent, we make a plan that meets the family’s goals. With individuals we create a path to meet desired goals.

My passion is to work with children and help adults to navigate difficult and challenging life situations and work towards the best possible solution and outcome. I will meet you, or your child, wherever you are and we will start there!

I am a Certified Social Work Associate (CSWA). My background includes a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California, a BA in Organizational Psychology from Antioch University, a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Acuity Institute and I have a Certified Executive Coaching Certification from the Center for Executive Coaching.
